Nkedilim Begho is the perfect description of a woman whose got beauty and brains. Not only is she smart, she is also a hardworker. A good look at her career path and her achievements will show how much of a goal driven individual she is.

  1. Before leaving secondary school, Nkemdilim’s father – top Nigerian IT policy maker, Chris Uwaje – registered a business in her name without even knowing what she was going to study in univerisity, and if she will even want a business of her own when she grew up.

  2. She studied Bioinformatics at Ludwig-Maximilian University (LMU) and the Technical University Munich (TUM), Germany.

  3. Nkemdilim worked in 5 companies before starting up her own. They include: Max Planck Institute for Psychiatric Research (Germany) as an application developer;  Affectis Pharmaceuticals as a bioinformatics consultant and software developer; Leapsoft Nigeria as a channel manager and head of marketing as well; Specialized Outsourcing Nigeria as a business development manager; Autrian Embassy as a market evaluation officer.

  4. Nkemdilim is the managing director of Future Software Resources – an online solution business that focuses on E-Learning for educational institutions and IT Security. Future Software Resources is the business Nkedilim’s father registered many years ago.

  5. Mrs. Begho has a passion for volunteer programmes that focus on youth empowerment and mentorship. Mrs. Begho is the co-founder of the ‘Bake for Change’ Foundation – an NGO that empowers less privileged kids through skill acquisition, vocational training and educational scholarships.
    She is a board member of the World Summit Youth Awards – a global online e-content contest for youths.
